Bohemian Rhapsody vs Real Life – Live Aid Side by Side Comparison

Ich habe ‚Bohemian Rhapsody‘ noch nicht gesehen doch ungeachtet der ersten Kritiken steht wohl jetzt schon fest, das Rami Malek’s Freddy Mercury eine ordentliche Bewerbung für die nächste Runde Filmpreise abgeliefert hat.

Wie gelungen das ganze ist sieht man im Bild in Bild Vergleich der Filmszenen mit der Aufnahme von Queen’s ‚Live Aid‘ Show aus dem Jahr 1985. Leider etwas zerstückelt, das die Copyright-Wächter sich schon gemeldet haben. Sie nehmen ihre Rolle als ‚Spielverderber eben ziemlich ernst. Aber sei es drum, der Vergleich kommt gut rüber.

I recently saw Bohemian Rhapsody in theaters and right as the Live Aid part started I was so surprised at how accurate it is to the original live performance. I wanted to compare it side by side but noticed it doesn’t work well as half the songs are cut and the songs are edited so I decided to make a comparison lol, huge applause to Bryan Singer and Rami Malek for recreating almost perfectly such an amazing event.
