Mac DeMarco’s ‚Salad Days‘ wird zehn Jahre alt. Freunde wo ist die Zeit geblieben? Auf jeden Fall wird dieses Ereignis wie auch schon der Vorgänger ‚2‘ mit einem nicen Vinyl Reissue gefeiert.

Das Release umfasst sowohl das Studioalbum als auch die für Mac Releases obligatorische Demo-Version von Salad Days. Dazu gibts Liner notes von Mac und ein Poster.
Das coolste ist allerdings, dass die Scheiben jeweils mit Hologrammen versehen sind, auf die ich sehr gespannt bin. Selbstverständlich ist das Package ein NoBrainer ;)
Die Hologramme sind auch auf den schwarzen Vinyls, die über die Indies erhältlich sind. Wer die gründe Variante haben möchte, muss diese allerdings in Mac’s Webstore bestellen.
Limited edition 2xLP compiles both the original Salad Days and Salad Days Demos into a unique tri-fold ‘Chamber Of Reflection’ package complete with full color poster, 12-page booklet with DeMarco’s Salad Days tour dates, original rider, previously unpublished photos, and new liners written by Mac. Pressed on Holographic Evergreen vinyl.
