Soll dann dabei helfen weniger Salz zu konsumieren denn die Mehrheit der Japaner isst einfach zu viel davon. Wenn das funktioniert ist das Schin absolut cool. Statt einer Prise zu viel Salz lieber eine extra Portion Cyberpunk beim Essen oder?

Ehrlich gesagt zähle ich auch zu den Salz Junkies und würde das sehr gerne mal ausprobieren. Nehme ich also sofort und für Gewisse Gerichte dann auch gerne als Gabel oder Löffel Variante.

Japanese researchers have developed chopsticks that artificially create the taste of salt, as part of efforts to reduce sodium levels in some of the country’s most popular dishes.

The chopsticks work by using electrical stimulation and a mini-computer worn on the eater’s wristband. The Japanese diet is high in sodium, with the average adult consuming about 10 grams of salt a day, or double the amount recommended by the World Health Organization.
